These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the Misdakia platform, including all services related to verified reviews, reputation management, widgets, public review pages, and review collection tools.

• Platform: The Misdakia website, applications, widgets, and related services
• Merchant / Seller: A business or individual using Misdakia to collect and display verified reviews
• Customer / Reviewer: A person submitting a review on the platform
• Reputation Account: The main identity under which stores and products are managed
• Store: A merchant store linked to a reputation account
• Product: A product page used to collect customer reviews
• Widget: Embeddable review component provided by Misdakia
• QR Code: A code linking directly to a review submission page or public review page

To create an account, users may provide information including full name, email address, phone number, and password, or use Google OAuth authentication.

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information at all times.

Misdakia may verify phone numbers using OTP verification via WhatsApp or SMS.

Each merchant may create one reputation account that can contain multiple stores and products.

The reputation account acts as the primary trust identity across all associated stores and products.

Misdakia allows merchants to collect verified customer reviews through:

• Public review pages
• Invitation links
• QR codes
• Embedded widgets

Reviews may include:

• Star ratings
• Text comments
• Voice notes
• Photos

Reviews are verified using OTP confirmation before publication.

Misdakia uses verification systems, device signals, and anti-fraud mechanisms to reduce fake, manipulated, or abusive reviews.

Misdakia reserves the right to remove reviews that:

• Violate applicable laws
• Contain abusive, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to manipulate platform trust system

Users acknowledge that published reviews, ratings, usernames, profile names, and public trust scores may be publicly visible through public pages and widgets.

Phone numbers and sensitive personal information are never publicly displayed.

Misdakia provides embeddable widgets that merchants may install on their websites or online stores.

Merchants are responsible for correctly integrating the provided code snippets into their websites.

QR codes and public links generated by Misdakia may be shared publicly by merchants.

Anyone with access to these links may view the associated public review pages.

Misdakia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the platform
• Manipulation of reviews or scores
• Violations of these Terms

Users may request account deletion by contacting support.

Merchants may access analytics and statistics related to reviews, ratings, engagement, and public trust performance.

Available metrics may vary depending on the subscription plan.

Some platform features may be limited under free plans, including review limits, widget access, or advanced functionality.

Misdakia reserves the right to modify pricing, limits, or subscription features at any time.

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable Algerian regulations, including Algerian Law 18-07.

Misdakia may process technical information such as device identifiers, IP addresses, browser information, and interaction data for security and fraud prevention purposes.

All platform content, branding, software, widgets, and visual assets remain the exclusive property of Misdakia and/or EURL TECH FOR STARTUPS.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit platform assets without authorization.
